1 10 oz. pkg frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
2 cups sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup Water Chestnuts, chopped
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 pkg. Mrs. Knorr's soup mix
Directions:

Mix all ingredients and chill. Serve with crackers, bagel or pita chips.
