1/4 c flour
1t salt
1/4 t pepper
1 1/2 lbs - 2 lbs beef round steak trimmed
2 T cooking oil
1 c chopped celery
1 c chopped onion
1/2 lb fresh mushrooms sliced
1 c water
1 garlic clove minced
1 T steak sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, salt and pepper. Cut steak into serving size pieces. Dredge in flour mixture and brown in oil. Drain and place in a 2 1/2 qt casserole. Top with celery and onion and mushrooms. Combine water, garlic, and steak sauce and pour over vegetables. Cover and bake at 350º for 1 1/2 hrs or until meat is tender.
