1 small jar Port Wine cheese.
4 oz bleu cheese.
1/2 teas crushed garlic.
Tobasco sauce to taste.
1/2 cup crushed nuts.
Directions:

Mix together and roll into ball. Roll in nuts and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
