Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 (8 oz.) pkg of Philadelphia Cream Cheese (softened at room temperature)
1/4 cup finely chopped bell pepper
1 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 small can of crushed pineapple (drained)
2 cups of chopped pecans
1 heaping tbsp. Lawry's Season Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Add bell pepper, onion, pineapple, 1 1/2 cups of pecans and season salt to the softened cream cheese. Mix well (I mix with my hands and make sure that the season salt is mixed well into the cream cheese and that there are no chunks of cream cheese not mixed with the other ingredients. I then usually put into the freezer for about 20 to 30 minutes to harden (this makes it easier to shape) and then roll in the remaining pecans until coated well.
Serve with your choice of crackers (Ritz, Towne House, Wheat thins).
