4 Veal Chops
1/4 Cup Flour
1 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp Garlic Salt
1/2 tsp. Paprika
Dash Pepper
1 Egg, Beaten
1/2 Cup Dry Bread Crumbs
1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese
1 Whole Tomato, Sliced
4 Slices Monterey Jack Cheese
2 Cups Spaghetti Sauce (canned or home made)

Directions:

Mix together flour, salt, garlic salt, paprika and pepper in small shallow bowl. In another small shallow bowl beat the egg. In a third bowl mix bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Coat the chops in flour mixture, then in egg, then in crumbs. Brown on both sides, top each chop with a tomato slice and a slice of Monterey Jack cheese. Top all with spaghetti sauce. Bake in 350º oven for 1 hour. Cover loosely for first 1/2 of baking time.
