8 oz Monterey Jack Cheese
8 oz Sharp white Cheddar Cheese
8 oz Mild White Cheddar Cheese
1 pint of sour cream
3-4 Jalapeño Peppers, seeded and chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Grate all cheese together. In a shallow baking dish, layer in 1/3 of grated cheeses, add a layer of 1/3 of sour cream, and sprinkle with 1/3 of chopped jalapeños.

Repeat layering until assembled. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes.

Serve warm with corn chips for dipping.
