7 oz. macaroni (2 cups dry)
2 tsp. salad oil
2 tsp. vinegar
1 small onion, chopped
¼ tsp. pepper
1 cup diced or shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup mayonnaise
1 7 oz. can green peas, drained
1 cup diced cooked ham or Spam
1 cup diced celery
½ tsp. salt

Directions:
Cook macaroni according to package directions. While hot, drizzle with oil and vinegar. Add onions, seasonings, and cheese. Toss well. Gently add peas and remaining ingredients. Chill and serve.
