1 cup shortening
1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 Tbsp vanilla
1 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
3 cups oatmeal
1 cup raisins
1 cup or more pecans
Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar with shortening.
Add the rest of the ingredients ( if to salty add a small amount of milk)
Drop by teaspoon and bake at 350 until brown.
