2 T butter
1/2 c diced celery
/2 c diced onion
1/4 c chopped green pepper
1 c light cream
1 T flour
2 cubes chicken boullion
1 can 4 1/2 oz mushrooms
2 c diced ham
1 8 oz pkg spaghetti, cooked
1/4 c Parmesan cheese
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
In microwave, in glass casserole, cook butter on high for 1 min or until melted. Add diced celery, onion & green pepper. Cook on high for 2 min or until onion is transparent. Drain mushroom juice into 1 c measure and add water, if necessary to 1 cup line. Add mushroom juice & water light cream, flour & bouillon cubes to butter & vegetable mixture. Cook on high for 12-14 min or until thick, stirring twice during cooking. Toss in mushrooms, ham, and hot spaghetti. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Serve hot.
