1 large pkg chicken breast (boiled)
1 onion
1 bell pepper
3 stalks of celery
2 cans of water ches-nuts
1 Tbs Soy Sauce
2 Tbs flour
1/2 cup water
1 or 2 pkgs of egg roll wrappers

Directions:
Directions:
Cut chicken into small pieces and cook in large pot. Add the rest of the ingredients. Cook until onions,pepper and celery is tender and then roll into wrappers. Fry in deep grease until brown.

Plum Sauce:
1 jar of plum jelly put into a pot and melt jelly slow.
Ready to dip.
