3 ounces sweet chocolate, broken into pieces
3 ounces semisweet chocolate, broken into pieces
6 ounces butter, cut into bits
1/4 cups half-and-half
5 large eggs, separated
3 tablespoons orange liqueur
1/4 teaspoons salt
1/2 cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Place the chocolate in the top of a double boiler over simmering water and stir until the chocolate melts. Add the butter in pieces, stirring until well blended. Remove the pan from the simmering water, add the half-and-half, and stir. Gradually add the egg yolks, stirring constantly. Add the liqueur and stir well, then pour the mixture into a bowl and chill until just lukewarm.

In a mixing bowl, combine the egg whites and salt and whisk vigorously until stiff peaks form. Add the sugar gradually, beating vigorously, then carefully fold the whites into the chocolate mixture. Scrape the mixture into a serving bowl and chill until ready to serve.
