1 lb lean hamburger
1 1/2 tsp lemon pepper
2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
1/4 c. balsamic vinaigrette
4 Kaiser rolls split
4 slices Swiss cheese
Directions:
Directions:
heat grill to medium heat

mix burger and 1 tsp of the lemon pepper. Shape into 4 patties, approximately 1/2 in thick

in bowl mix mushrooms, 1/2 tsp lemon pepper and balsamic vinaigrette- set aside

grill burgers on grill-- toast buns on grill last minute of cooking burgers.

Place cheese on burgers and let melt.

Place burger on bun, and top with marinated mushrooms.
