2 Leeks
3 cans Swanson Chicken Broth
1 stick butter
8 potatoes, washed.

Directions:
Directions:
Use Cuisinart to slice potatoes very thin.
Slice leeks whitish center portion into strips.
Put in large pot with broth and butter.
Simmer until leeks are transparent and potatoes easily broken

When done, put into Cuisinart on high or in blender on puree

Serve with black pepper on top.
