Ingredients:
Ingredients:
15-20 Doves (breast only)
15- 20 jalapenos (whole, cleaned and seeded)
cream cheese
bacon (cheapest, thin sliced)
fajita seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Using the breast of the dove, carefully remove the breastbone, leaving the very thin layer of skin between the two pieces of breast meat (looks like it's been butterflied). Season the meat with fajita seasoning and extra garlic if you prefer. Clean the jalapenos, removing all seeds and stuff each one with cream cheese. Wrap each jalapeno with a butterflied dove and then wrap with a strip of bacon and secure with a toothpick or skewer (try to cover as much of the dove and the end of the jalapeno as you can with the bacon). Grill on the barbque pit until the bacon is done. Do not overcook!

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Thin, tenderized deer meat can be used in place of doves.
