4 eggs
1 C. sugar
3/4 C oil
3 1/2 C flour
1 heaping tsp. bk pd
1/2 tsp. salt
1 C nuts
1 tsp. vanilla
Optional cinnamon on top

Directions:
Directions:
Mix: eggs and sugar
Add: oil, then flour, bk pd, salt, nuts, vanilla
Refrigerate overnight.
Roll into 1 inch circle log.
Optional cinnamon on top
Bake 350º 15-20 min or til hard
Slice - dry out on both sides at 250-300º.
It takes awhile.
