1/2 C vegetable oil
4 squares unsweetened choc. (4 oz) melted
2 C sugar (granulated white sugar)
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 C. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 C confectioners sugar

Directions:
Mix chocolate, oil and granulated sugar
Add and blend 1 egg at a time
Add vanilla

Measure and sift flour with bk pd and salt.
Add flour mixture to oil mixture.
Chill overnight
Drop by teaspoonfuls into confectioners sugar, roll in the sugar
and shape into balls.
Place 2 inces apart on greased baking sheet. Bake 10-12 min.
Do not overbake. Makes about 6 dozen cookies
