1 box chocolate cake mix
2 sticks butter (8 oz.) (divided)

1 c. milk
1/2 c. sugar
24 large marshmallows
14 oz. package coconut

1 package (12 oz.) chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
Prepare cake according to package directions using 1 stick butter. Bake in 17 x 11 jelly roll pan 15 minutes at 375º.

Combine milk, sugar, marshmallows and coconut in sauce pan. Heat until marshmallows are melted. Spread over cake.

In double boiler melt chocolate chips and 1 stick butter over heat. Spread over coconut. Refrigerate for about 1 hour.
