1 can (15 oz) black-eyed peas w/jalapenos (drained and mashed)
1 can (4 oz) chopped green chilies
2 T butter
2 T finely chopped green onion
1 jar (5 oz) Old English sharp cheese spread
1/8 tsp garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients. Microwave on full power 3-4 min, stirring often until cheese is melted and dip is hot. Serve warm with chips or crackers.
