1 pound skinless chicken (white and/or dark meat)
1 c. crushed corn flakes
1/2 c. Mayo.
1/2 c. 2percent milk
foil-lined baking pan

Directions:
Directions:
Mix mayo and milk in dish large inough for each piece to med.-thin consistency. After washing chicken, cover with milk/mayo mixture, a few pieces at a time. Place crushed corn flakes in a pie plate. After dipping chicken in mayo/milk mixture, cover with crushed corn flakes. Pre-heat oven to 375º. Place coated chicken in baking pan. Speinkle left-over cornflakes over chicken in pan, if desired. Bake at 375º for 45 min to 1 hr.
