16 oz. sour cream
16 oz mayonaise
8 oz cream cheese (softened)
8 oz. mozzarella cheese
15 oz. can of large artichoke hearts (chopped)
4 (or more) cloves of garlic (chopped)
10 oz package chopped spinach thawed and drained well
1 pinch of cayenne pepper
1 Tbsp. minced dried onion flakes
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. parmesan cheese (optional)
1/4 c. plain breadcrumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350º. Combine the first 10 ingredients and 1/2 of the parmesan cheese in an oven proof 2 qt. casserole dish. Combine the rest of the parmesan cheese with the breadcrumbs and spread all over the top of the dip. Bake for 25 min. Cool slightly and serve with your favorite nacho chips.
