6 boxes of frozen chopped spinanch

2 boxes of cream cheese

1 and 1/2 can of cream of mushroom soup, condensed.

2 large cans of French's fried onions

Defrost spinach and heat up in large pot. Once hot, drain spinach REALLY well. Add soup and cream cheese to the spinach and mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste. Top with fried onions and bake at 350 until hot and onions are lightly browned.

This maybe the least healthy spinach you will ever eat, but it is a traditional dish I prefer to not live without.
