Crust:

1 1/3 c. gingersnap crumbs

1/2 stick butter, melted

Filling:

2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/2 t. ground cloves
2 c. pumpkin
1/2 t. nutmeg
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 t. ginger
2 t. cornstarch
4 eggs
1 t. cinnamon

Directions:
Crust: Preheat oven to 350º. Blend crumbs and butter and press into 9 in. springform pan. Press firmly onto bottom and sides. Bake 10 min. Cool.

Filling: Preheat oven to 350º. Blend cream cheese, pumpkin, sugar, cornstarch and spices in processor or mixer. Beat in eggs one at a time until mixture is smooth and creamy. Pour into prepared crust. Bake until tester inserted in center comes out clean, 50-55 min. Cool; chill at least 4 hrs.
