4 pieces bacon, chopped
1 t. salt
2 green onions, chopped
1/2 t pepper
5 potatoes, cooked & cubed
1 t. Worcestershire sauce
2 T. green pepper, chopped
4 drops Tabasco sauce
1 stalk celery, sliced
2 c. raw clams with juice
1 clove garlic, minced
2 c. half and half
2 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Saute bacon until crisp. Add onions, potatoes, green pepper, celery and garlic. Add water and seasonings, Worcestershire and Tabasco sauce.
Cover kettle and simmer for 15 min, or until potatoes are tender.
In separate pan, heat clams in their juice. Pour in half and half, stirring, until piping hot. Add to chowder. Do not boil.
