1 stick + 1 T. butter
3/4 t. cream of tartar
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 t. baking soda
1 egg
Cinnamon Sugar:
1/4 t. salt
1/3 c. sugar
1 2/3 c. flour
4 t. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and salt, mixing until combined. Stir together salt, flour, cream of tartar and baking soda and add to butter-egg mixture, mixing until combined. Scoop cookies to desired size. Roll in cinnamon/sugar. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and press down slightly.
Bake until golden at edges, about 15-18 min.
