Cabbage
3 bunches of green onions
3 cucumbers
Large bunch of cilantro
1 lime
Canola oil
White wine vinegar
Salt
Garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Coarsely chop cabbage and cucumbers. Discard cilantro stems and coarsely chop the tops. Discard top 2/3rds of green onion and cut bottoms into 1/4 inch slices. Combine vegetables.

For dressing, combine 1 cup canola oil and 1/2 cup white wine vinegar. Add juice of 1 fresh lime with salt and garlic powder to taste. Pour over vegetables and toss.
