½ taza de almendras peladas y molidas grueso
1 ½ taza de harina
115 grs. de mantequilla
¾ taza de azúcar en polvo
1 clara
1 cucharadita de vainilla
1 yema
1 cucharada. de vino blanco seco

almendras en mitades

Directions:
Cernir la harina y unir con la mantequilla con el mezclador hasta que esté granulada. Agregar las almendras, azúcar en polvo, clara y la vainilla. Se junta todo sin amasar, hacerlo apenas sólo para unir. Envolver la masa en papel film y refrigerar por 2 hrs.

Retirar y extender la masa con rodillo entre dos hojas de papel manteca para adelgazarla.
Cortar rectángulos de 5 x 3 cm. con cortador de ravioles ayudándose con regla para que salgan derechitos-
Acomodarlos en lata ligeramente engrasada y pintarlos con mezcla de yema y vino. Ponerle al centro ½ almendra (sin pelar) y espolvorear encima azúcar.
Llevar al horno de 350ºF por 15 min. hasta que doren. Retirar y dejar enfriar en su misma lata antes de levantar.
