1 1/2 c. sliced almonds, toasted
1/2 c. sour cream
6 c. turkey breast, torn
2 T. lemon juice
3 c. diced celery
1 1/2 t. coarse ground black pepper
1 1/2 c. mayo

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Spread almonds on baking sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes, stirring several times, until they are light brown and fragrant. Set aside to cool.
Combine almonds, turkey, and celery in mixing bowl. Add mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, and pepper. Toss gently. Refrigerate until well chilled.
