Crust:
2nd Layer:
1/2 c. powdered sugar
Fruit as desired:
3/4 c. softened butter

1 1/2 c. flour
Glaze:

2 1/2 T. cornstarch
1st Layer:
1 c. fruit juice (pineapple suggested)
8 oz. pkg. softened cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. sugar
1 t. lemon juice
1 t. vanilla

Crust:
Mix together and pat in pan. Bake at 300º for 10-15 minutes; no longer. Cool
1st Layer:
Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until creamy. Spread on cooled crust.
2nd Layer:
Arrange fruits on top of cream cheese mixture. Use fruit like strawberries, kiwi, bananas, blueberries, pineapple, oranges.
Glaze:
Heat to a boil, cook until slightly thickened. Cool and pour over pizza.
