In Un tegame mettere aglio basilico e il peperoncino tritati.Pelare i pomodori tagliarli a pezzetti mescolare bene con il trito di aglio,basilico, e peperoncino e aggiungere un poco d'olio.Lessare i bucatini,scolarli e versarli al dente nel tegame,condirle con ricotta salata o formaggio grattuggiato.
