8 Carciofi -1 spicchio di aglio,prezzemolo olio di oliva sale e pepe a piacere

Directions:
Directions:
Toglieri dai carciofi le foglie estrerne tagliare la parte superiore con le spine e dividere il resto a spicchie.Metterli in acqua e limone per evitare che scuriscono.poi scolarli e versali in un tegame con l'ollio,aglio, e il prezzemolo tritati sale e pepe. Fare cucinare a fuoco basso per circa 10 minuti,aggiungendo se e'il caso dell'acqua per evitare che si attachino al fondo.
