2 eggs
¾ cup sugar
2 cups flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
½ cup nut meats
4 ripe bananas, mashed
½ cup raisins (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the eggs and sugar. Sift dry ingredients and add alternately with bananas. Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Bake about 1 hour in a very moderate oven (325°).
