1 Pkg. brownie mix
2 oz white chocolate
2 tbsp milk
1 Pkg. cream cheese
1/4 C powdered sugar
1 C whipped cream
1 pint strawberry's cleaned
2 eggs(for Brownie mix)
vegetable oil (for brownie mix)
1 fresh orange

Pre- heat oven to 350º. Make brownie batter according to directions. Spray mini muffin pan with Pam. Using a small scoop, fill each muffin cup 2/3 full. While brownies are still warm, use a mini tart shaper and lightly push brownie down to form cup. When cooled take out & put on non stick cooling rack.
Microwave white chocolate and milk in covered micro cooker on high for 1 minute. Stir until smooth. microwave an additional 10 -20 seconds if necessary. Cool slightly. in separate bowl combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, mix well. Gradually stir in white chocolate mixture until smooth.Fold in whipped topping. Using a star tip fill each brownie cup with the frosting. Using a egg slicer, slice strawberrys and place a slice in top of frosting using a lemon zester, zest orange on top for garnish.
