Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3-4 bananas
1 stick of butter
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 cup sugar
1½ cup flour

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°. Mash all ingredients together. Put into a buttered and floured loaf pan. If you have a nonstick pan, you don’t need this step. Bake for 1 hour at sea level or one hour and 15 min. in the altitude. Test with a tooth pick to judge if loaf is cooked. This recipe is good if cinnamon-sugar is sprinkled on the top when it’s still warm. Blueberries are tasty in this recipe too.
