1 bunch green onions, cleaned
2 cups flour
1/4 cup water, add more as needed
Vegetable oil for frying

Directions:
Directions:
Cut green onions on the diagonal into 1/2 inch pieces. Place them in a large mixing bowl and add the flour. Add the water and mix well. Add more water a little at a time, mixing as you go, until the batter is of a thin pancake consistency. If the mixture is too dry/thick add more water. If mixture is too thin add more flour.

Using a large iron skillet add a little vegetable oil to coat the bottom and heat to high. When the skillet is hot add approximately 1/3 of the pancake batter and spread with a spatula to create a large pancake. Cook until golden brown then turn and cook until golden brown on the other side. Cut into pizza-like wedges. Serve with dipping sauce.

Personal Notes:
When I lived in Korea my neighbors taught me how to make this simple side dish/appetizer. Their teaching method was..."a little of this and some of that"...... So my direction to you is don't get caught up in the amounts listed in the ingredients, just chop some green onions, add some flour and water.
