1 box yellow cake mix
20 oz. can crushed pineapple in syrup
3 1/2 oz. pkg. vanilla instant pudding
2 c. milk
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
12 oz. cool whip, thawed

Directions:
Directions:
Make cake according to mix instructions for a 9x13 inch pan. While hot, punch holes in top with a fork. Pour undrained crushed pineapple over cake and let cool.

Make pudding, using the 2 cups of milk. Add cream cheese and mix well at low speed. Spread pudding mixture over pineapple and chill. Before serving, spread cool whip over pudding mixture and sprinkle with coconut. Keep refrigerated.
