2 10-Oz. Pkgs. Chopped Spinach, Thawed
3 Eggs, Beaten
1/4 Cup Margarine, Melted
1 Cup Flour
1 Tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 Tsp. Seasoning Salt
1/4 Tsp. Pepper
1 Cup Milk
4 Cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
2 Tbsp. Chopped Onion

Directions:
Directions:
Drain spinach really well. You may want to press between two paper towels. Set aside. Combine eggs and butter. Add flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper. This will make a paste. Gradually add milk. Stir in spinach, cheese, and onion. Spoon into lightly greased 9x13-inch pan. Bake at 350º for 35 minutes or until lightly browned. Once cooled, cut into squares.
