1 lb. ground turkey (chicken or meat)
3 cloves garlic, minced
˝ cup white onion, diced
2 bell peppers, diced
salt and pepper
2 portobello mushrooms, diced


“Sauce”
2 T. soy sauce
1 T. oyster sauce
2 T. hoisin sauce
2 tsp. cornstarch


Bibb or iceberg lettuce leaves
Hoisin Sauce for serving

Directions:
Directions:
Make sauce, set aside. Heat olive oil in a large skillet. Cook onions and garlic until soft. Add turkey, and salt and pepper, until lightly browned. Stir in bell peppers and mushrooms. Add sauce stirring until thickened and turkey cooked through, about 3 to 4 minutes. Place turkey mixture on lettuce cups, add large dollop of hoisin sauce and serve like a wrap.
