1 pkg. chopped frozen drained spinach
2 eggs beaten
2 chops ricotta cheese
1½ cup shredded Swiss cheese
1½ cup soft white breadcrumbs
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
¼ tsp. pepper
garlic powder to taste (use fresh garlic)

1 stick butter
1 cup whipping cream
½ cup Parmesan cheese

Stuff 12 crepes. Pour sauce over crepes into shallow baking dish. Cook for 20 minutes.
