1 c. flour
1 t. salt
3 t. baking powder
4 t. sugar
3/4 c. corn meal
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk
4 t. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour, salt, baking powder, sugar and corn meal. combine eggs, milk and melted butter, add to dry ingredients and mix. Pour into well greased pan and bake in hot oven 25 to 30 minutes. (Mix thoroughly, but as little as possible.)
