1 box butter pecan cake mix
1 small pkg. instant butter pecan pudding
4 eggs
3/4 c. oil
3/4 c. water
1 c. chopped pecans
Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients together (could use applesauce in place of oil). Pour into two regular size greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 350° for 40 to 60 minutes or until tester comes out clean. I start testing at about 45 minutes.

You can do variations of mixes, puddings, and nuts. Some flavors you could try are banana, raisin, date, or apple
