6 large tomatoes (ripe)
1 med-lg. white onion


Sauce:
8 T. Best Foods mayonnaise
2 tsp. curry powder
2-3 T. chopped fresh parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Chop onion to small dice. Peel tomatoes in boiling water and chop them for pulp and juice. Add to onions. Add black pepper and salt to taste. If tomatoes are acidulous, add a tsp. of sugar.

Serve tomato and onion in bowl with a dollop of sauce in the middle.
