1/2 c. frozen unsweetened strawberries
1/2 c. blackberries
1/2 c. silken tofu
1/2 c. plain soy milk
1/4 c. crushed pineapple in its' own juice
1/4 c. sliced bananas
1 tsp. honey
dash cinnamon
