¾ cup chopped pitted dates
1 sm. apple, peeled, cored, and diced
1 sm. pear peeled, cored,and diced
½ cup currents
½ cup chopped pecans
1/3 cup rose wine or apple juice
1 whole firm, yet ripe whole Brie chilled

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dates, apples, pears, currents, pecans, & wine. Let sit for 2 hours. Cut cheese in ½, crosswise, placing fruit mixture inside. Spread with 2¼ cups of fruit. Replace top & spoon remaining fruit on top. Bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes.
