3 bunches of baby spinach
1 cup golden raisins
4 chicken breasts cooked & diced
2/3 cup of toasted cashews
2 T. of toasted sesame seeds
1 lb. of cooked & crumbled bacon
3 red apples, cored & chop

Dressing: (mix together in electric blender)
1 jar of mango chutney
2/3 cup of oil
cup of raspberry vinegar
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. curry
1 tsp. dry mustard
tsp. ground white pepper
salt to taste

Mix together all the salad ingredients. In an electric blender, mix together the dressing ingredients. Toss and serve.
