First Layer:
6 hard boiled eggs, chopped
3 T. Mayonnaise

Second Layer:
1 Spanish onion, finely grated

Third Layer:
1 (8oz) pkg. of cream cheese
2/3 cup sour cream mixed together

6 oz caviar (more if you desire)
Parsley, chopped
Lemon wedges

Mix eggs and mayonnaise and spread in a greased 6 spring form pan for height (or 10 for a flatter pie). Spread 2nd and 3rd layers over egg mixture in pan. Chill for at least 3 hrs. Remove sides of pan & serve on bottom part, which has been decorated with parsley & lemon wedges.

Serve with melba toast rounds.
