2 8-ounce packages cream cheese
1 8-ounce carton sour cream
1 16-ounce cool whip
2 cups confectioners’ sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 teaspoon almond flavoring
1 large angel-food cake
1 quart sliced strawberries

Directions:
Directions:
Beat cream cheese until softened. Beat in sour cream. Stir cool whip into creamed cheese mixture (do NOT beat). Stir in confectioners’ sugar, vanilla and almond flavoring.

Cut angel food cake into 2-inch pieces. Gently fold cake into creamed mixture.

Using a deep glass bowl, layer creamed mixture and stawberries, beginning and ending with creamed mixture. (I usually just mix everything together.)
