1 chocolate pie crust; 1 1/4 cups cold milk; 2 Tbsp. hazelnut instant coffee; 2 pkgs. (4 serving size) white chocolate flavor instant pudding and pie filling; 1 (8 oz.) tub Cool Whip, thawed and divided.

Beat milk, coffee, pudding mixes, and 1/2 of Cool Whip in a medium bowl with a wire whisk for 1 minute. It should be thick, but not too thick that you can't pour it into the crust. Pour the filling into the pie crust and spread remaining Cool Whip on top. You're done! Chill in refrigerator until serving time.

You can sprinkle chocolate bits on the top of the pie for a little flair. Also, you can swap out flavors of pie filling, coffee, and crust to suit your taste - it's very flexible!
