2 cans Great Northern Beans; 1 small can green chilies, drained; 1 carton chicken stock; 3 cups shredded chicken (boil 2 chicken breasts and shred with a fork); some instant onion, garlic powder, pepper, and oregano to taste; optional monterey jack cheese at end.

Simply stir all ingredients together (except cheese) in a large pot and heat until warm. Adjust seasonings to taste. After pouring soup into individual bowls, sprinkle with cheese if desired.
