Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 3.5 oz. bags microwave popcorn (butter flavored is best)
1 lb. white chocolate

Directions:
Directions:
Pop both bags of popcorn and get all unpopped kernels out. Melt chocolate in microwave and pour over popcorn. Stir quickly to cover popcorn with chocolate. Put on a cookie sheet lined with wax paper and put in refrigerator for about 5 or 10 minutes until chocolate is set. It is especially good to add cashews or M&M's.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
The chocolate comes in many colors in the cake decorating section of Roberts or even Walmart. We love to buy pink chocolate and then package the popcorn in the clear bags tied with a cute bow to give as a Valentine's gift for neighbors.
