Ingredients:  
1 deep dish pie pan. Unbaked pie crust
2 cups onion sliced thin
2 tbsp. margarine
2 eggs
3/4 cup milk
Swiss or cheddar cheese shredded
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion in margarine until clear and place in unbake pie crust. Beat eggs, milk, salt & pepper together, pour over onions.

Bake 350º approx 30 minutes or until knife comes out clean.

serve warm
